Responsibilities

The Crew Changes Operator is accountable for effectively implementing the crew rotation schedule, ensuring that the crew changes are safe, timely, comfortable, and compliant with regulations. The role is required to maintain all crew change-related records up to date, to check thoroughly invoices related to crew officers' traveling and accommodation, and to control successfully the associated budget. Ensuring effective collaboration and communication with Marine Personnel Operators to perform the schedules and planning of crew changes and updating the Marine Personnel Operations Supervisor on anticipated or executed crew changes, are also important accountabilities of the specific role.

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Shipping Companies, Airplane Companies, or Travel Agencies
  • University degree in Business Administration, Shipping, or Tourism is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written; Basic knowledge of other languages like Bulgarian or Filipino is considered an asset
  • Very good use of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different nationalities
  • Excellent coordination ability
  • Resilience and flexibility; being able to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes
